Silicon Wheelchair Cushion with Integral Air Cells Ventilation System is a highly versatile cushion that can be used on wheelchairs and other sitting surfaces. Solid silicon cushion offers all the features required for a comfortable, safe and stable sitting experience on wheelchairs and other sitting surfaces and in varying outdoor and indoor temperatures for many hours at a time. The air cells system interwoven throughout the entire body of the cushion provide continuous access of air and facilitate highly beneficial ventilation that controls and reduces temperature build-up and minimises formation of moisture and sweating. The entire cushion is made from a soft yet firmly supportive solid silicon. The sitting surface is gently contoured for the optimum multi-directional sitting stability and lasting support. The sitting surface is super smooth and soft and has softly tapered edges. During use, the silicon moulds itself gently around the user's bottom, readily flexing in response to user's movements. Original shape is restored, when not in use with no compression related permanent deformities occurring.
The cushion comes with a handy washable cover made from a light, but durable polyester fabric with non-slip bottom surface. The non-slip surface ensures that the cushion stays firmly put on the sitting area without undesirable displacements from its chosen positioning during movements. The cushion cover is equipped with convenient side handles that make the cushion easily transferable between wheelchairs and/or other sitting areas as required.
