Myself educates and motivates women of all ages to improve the strength of their pelvic floor muscles. Strong pelvic floor muscles are instrumental in maintaining life long urinary continence, good sexual responses, sensitivity and satisfaction and are crucial to successful childbirth and fast recovery after the childbirth. Myself is a hand held digital pelvic floor trainer and pelvic toner. Myself offers visual biofeedback on the status quo of the pelvic floor muscles and subsequently on the progress of pelvic floor exercises (otherwise known as Kegel exercises) and the strength and endurance of the muscle contractions. Myself has 3 strength levels adjustments that meet the needs of different pelvic muscle situations relative to the pelvic muscle strength presenting in individual women. The trainer will automatically adjust the strength level accordingly to the muscle strength of each user. It will also adjust itself automatically as the muscles gain strength. There are 2 exercise steps that will work to strengthen the long and the short muscle fibres. Both these exercise steps are incorporated into a single 5 minute long exercise session. Myself guides the user through the training programme with easy to follow visual cues. One 5 minutes long exercise session per day is sufficient to achieve adequate pelvic floor muscle fitness. Significant improvement is clearly noticeable in 16 weeks.

Myself is clinically proven to work. A 16- weeks evaluation study conducted on women aged 25 to 81 with symptoms of stress, urge and mixed urinary incontinence concluded that incontinence symptoms and their severity can improve with regular use of self-directed biofeedback continence system. 77% of participating women experienced significant reduction of leakage and 44% were completely cured.
